Supercharging Recovery in South Austin

Harness the power of your body’s natural healing ability faster than you thought possible

Who is Supercharged Rehab for?

Are you tired of not moving the needle in your pain or neurological disease recovery?

Fed up with the traditional methods of pills and surgeries to fix everything?

Interested in alternative therapies that use the body’s natural healing processes?

If you answered yes to any of these and you’re in South Austin, read on.

Supercharged Rehab is Innervation’s proprietary blended practice of using electrical stimulation, Frequency Specific Microcurrent therapies, pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapies, and infrared light to help your body and mind heal better than previously thought possible.

New medical science suggests that frequencies of pulsed energy (such as electricity, sound or light) can have a positive impact on everything from your stress to chronic pain and even complex neurological conditions.

Disease and chronic pain are a signal that your body is out of tune with its natural state. These frequency devices mentioned above can re-tune your body at a cellular level. Click the drop down arrows of the list to see what conditions Supercharged Rehab can help you with.

Testimonials

Supercharged Rehab uses one or a combination of these types of technologies shown below based on your needs.

  • Microcurrent Therapy

    Microcurrent Therapy

Frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) is a technique for treating pain by using low-level electrical current. The current is delivered to certain parts of your body in an attempt to relieve pain.

One of the ways FSM works is by potentially increasing the production of a substance called ATP that’s inside injured tissues. ATP is the major source of energy for all cellular reactions in your body. Because treatment with FSM can increase the amount of ATP that’s created in your damaged cells by as much as 500%, this treatment may help with your recovery. Depending on the condition, treatment with FSM can “loosen” or soften the muscles, which can help relieve pain or stiffness.

  • Electrical stimulation therapy

    Neubie Therapy

Relieve pain, improve range of motion, build strength, and enjoy improved neurological function with the NeuFit Neubie.

With this device, we can find exactly what muscles are turned off, turn them back on again, and create permanent, lasting changes in the brain.

The Neubie is phenomenal for orthopedic pain or complex neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's. Ask about our full body nervous system reset!

  • Infrared light therapy

    Infrared Light Therapy

Infrared light therapy enhances and improves circulation in the skin and other parts of the body. It can also bring oxygen and nutrients to injured tissues, promoting healing. It helps ease pain, relieves inflammation, and protects against stress

  • PEMF Therapy

    PEMF Therapy

PEMF, or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy, works by using low-frequency electromagnetic waves to stimulate the body's cells. When exposed to these gentle pulses, the cells become more active, which can help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and enhance the body's natural healing processes. For someone, PEMF may provide relief from pain, aid in faster recovery from injuries, and promote overall wellness by supporting better cellular function.

  • BrainTap™ Meditation with Master Reset

    BrainTap™ Meditation with Master Reset

Experience a full nervous system reset in only 30 minutes! While the BrainTap™ headset plays a guided meditation with binaural beats, electrodes placed behind your neck and on your feet deliver gentle pulses to deeply relax you. Enjoy more restful sleep, less stress/anxiety, and eliminate brain fog with this treatment.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The best way to find out is to email clay@innervation.health or set up a free intake consultation call. But based on the vast array of conditions we’ve help our bodies support in healing, we’re confident we can tell you whether or not it we can help. If we can’t, we’ll be happy to make a recommendation on someone who can.

  • That depends largely on the severity of your condition and how long you’ve been dealing with it. In general, the newer the injury or illness the faster we can help your body resolve it. However, we’ve helped some people with decades-long pain get relief in under 10 sessions.

Attending sessions twice a week for 4-6 weeks is our recommendation for chronic conditions.

  • The only one of our devices you will feel during our sessions together is the NeuFit Neubie, which is an electrical stimulation device.

Because the Neubie uses the same wave shape that our brains use to send charges along the nerves, the brain doesn’t respond to this with pain in healthy tissues. The sensation has a moderate buzzing and you will feel muscle contractions. We work together to manage the subjective strength of that current at all times

The only time it might be uncomfortable is during our “mapping” process where we search for muscles that are inactive. When we find those, they’re often more intense but never painful.

  • Absolutely! Anything with a nervous system can benefit from this work. I’ve personally worked on dogs, cats, horses, and a duck!

  • I’ve supported clients in their healing through all sorts of conditions - multiple sclerosis, chronic back pain, knee replacement surgery, ALS, Parkinsons, lymphadema, lung function, and a host of others.

  • Although these frequency specific therapies do an amazing job at improving your cell’s health, they cannot replace what’s not there.

So if you have had part of your meniscus removed during surgery, we wouldn’t be able to get it to regenerate. However, we can take the existing meniscus and get it into the best condition possible.

  • Since we always stay in constant communication about the strength of the current that you can manage, there is an extremely low likelihood of feeling worse. At worst, you may feel a little muscle soreness.

In extremely rare cases, people are sensitive to PEMF or other EMF. If you are someone who is sensitive to EMF, please let us know ahead of time and we will be sure to accommodate you

  • No, and in fact having a high pain tolerance is an indication of an overly sensitive nervous system.

In our experience, those who say they have a high pain tolerance actually perceive the stimulation at a much lower level than others and they top out around the same level. So their perception of that stimulation is greater than others.

But no, the current strength can be fine tuned so you’re always on the edge of comfortable

  • Please see The Science page on our site. With over 50 published articles and case studies, we’re sure to pique the interest of even the most staunch critic.

  • The short answer is “as soon as possible.”

The body has its timetable for healing, which we can gently nudge forward faster with our services, but the real benefit is going to be in managing pain, improving range of motion, and bring blood flow to the area.

We’ve seen clients who have had elective surgeries as early as that same afternoon.
