Similar to the foot bath, we place your hands in warm water with waterproof electrodes, then send a gentle electrical current through your hands and wrists. Let the current pulse through while you relax, or softly stretch your hands and wrists while in the water. Enjoy reduced inflammation, better sensation, and more flexibility in your hands and wrists!

Electric Cardio
Ready to burn more calories in 30 minutes than ever before, all while building muscle? During this session, we set you up on the cardio machine of your choice, connect the electrodes to whatever part of the body you want (we recommend the abs), and then leave you to it. Bring your headphones and your willpower; this is a fun challenge!
